A return to our roots, like an obvious choice
Some adventures are born from a simple impulse of the heart. Ours began in 2011, when we left mainland France to start a new life on Réunion Island with our three children.
Drawn by the energy of this intense island, we created our first guesthouses here and discovered a profession that moved us deeply: welcoming, sharing, creating memories.
Our children grew up and flew the nest. We decided to open a new chapter from 2021 to 2024, made of travel and discovery. From French Guiana to Guadeloupe, and on to different horizons across Europe.
But there are places that never really leave you.
The Sud Sauvage, its raw nature and endless ocean called us back. This is where La Belle du Sud was born — and, for the length of a stay, it becomes yours too.

Four bedrooms, facing infinity
Perched on the heights of Vincendo, at 150 metres above sea level, La Belle du Sud is a Creole property surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, with a 180° view over the Indian Ocean.
The infinity pool, heated in winter, 11 metres long by 5 metres wide, melts into the blue of the ocean, while the outdoor spa extends those moments of relaxation facing the sea.

Carambole
Private entrance and terrace opening onto the pool and the ocean.
Ylang-Ylang
Spacious and bright, on the large veranda. Panoramic 180° view.
Coco-Vanille
King size four-poster bed, soft sand-inspired tones. A gentle, timeless atmosphere.
Panoramic Suite
The largest and most spectacular. Lounge, bathtub, large double shower.

A dinner suspended between sky and sea
As the day lingers on the horizon, the terrace of La Belle du Sud becomes a meeting place — between sky, sea and mountain, where time seems to slow down.
Véro & Jarnö compose their cooking the way one tells a story: a little of the island, a little of the world, and a great deal of passion. Reserved for house guests, this table is a shared moment.

A moment out of time in the Sud Sauvage
In the heart of Réunion’s Sud Sauvage, in Vincendo on the heights of Saint-Joseph, La Belle du Sud welcomes travellers looking for an authentic escape facing the Indian Ocean. The four bedrooms of the house, each facing the ocean, offer distinct atmospheres and suit different kinds of stay:
- Carambole — 22 m², private terrace opening onto the pool and the ocean, ideal for a solo stay or a couple.
- Ylang-Ylang — 32 m², large veranda and panoramic 180° view, for those who love space and light.
- Coco-Vanille — 30 m², four-poster bed and a gentle atmosphere, designed for a romantic getaway.
- Panoramic Suite — 90 m², separate lounge and bathtub, for a more spacious and immersive stay.
This variety allows every kind of traveller to find their balance: a romantic escape, a restorative solo stay, or simply the desire to slow down far from everyday noise.
Pool, spa and privacy in the heart of nature
The infinity pool, heated in winter, and the outdoor spa complete an experience designed as a true haven of peace.
